Quantum synchronization

Synchronization is a very common phenomena in nature. It is observed in heart beats, butterfly wing flapping etc. However very little is known when self-sustained oscillators are brought to near synchronization regime. Do they behave the same as a classical one? how do one observe synchronization in quantum regime?
